Cancellation Policy

At DIVINE ESSENTIAL MAGIC we understand that sometimes, unexpected situations arise, and you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. To accommodate this, we have established the following cancellation policy:

1. **Cancellation Notice**:

- Please provide at least 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to offer the time slot to other clients.


2. **Late Cancellations and No-Shows**:

- Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment time will be subject to a cancellation fee of [specific amount or percentage].

- No-shows will be charged the full cost of the missed appointment.


3. **Deposits**:

- A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. This deposit cannot be used towards future services, regardless of the cancellation notice given.


4. **Rescheduling**:

- If you need to reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but availability cannot be guaranteed.


5. **Emergencies**:

- We understand that emergencies happen. If you have an emergency, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss your situation.
